zucchini banana bread

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

3 ripe bananas

1 shredded zucchini

2 free range eggs

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon

3. In a larger bowl, add shredded zucchini, mashed bananas, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla. After that- toss in your 2 eggs and whisk away

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and pour the batter into a greased bread loaf pan

5. Bake for 40 (ish) minutes, toothpick test it, and enjoy!
