pumpkin waffles

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cage free egg

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

2 cups gluten free oats

1 1/4 cup coconut (or almond) milk

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 scoop grass-fed collagen

1 tsp royal jelly

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pecans, bee pollen, and pure maple syrup to top!

Blend it all up and walah! (Spoiler alert, this batch made 2 v large waffles)
