Gut booster 3000

Ingredients:

1 lemon

1-3 slices of ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp raw honey or royal jelly

Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil (or microwave to your liking if you’re in a rush)

2. Cut lemon into slices and squeeze remaining juice into bottom of your mug

3. Slice and skin ginger and add to mug

4. Add turmeric, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and honey

5. Poor hot water over ingredients, stir, and allow a few minutes for lemon and ginger to soak before drinking. Your gut will thank me later!
