Chocolate beet pancakes
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Birchbenders Paleo Mix
2/3 cup water
1 tsp beet powder (great for liver/gallbladder support)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
2. Refrigerate batter for roughly 5 minutes
3. On stove top, melt 2 tsp coconut oil in a pan and begin pouring batter over medium heat
4. Once pancakes are finished, place on a plate and top away!
I used Beekeeper’s Natural Bee Pollen, 1/4 banana, a few bloobs, 1/4 cup crushed pecans, and pure maple syrup
