1:1 FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION 3-MONTH PROGRAM

An in depth, bio-individual approach to health and healing. Throughout this 3 month program, we will address your health history, diet, symptoms and areas of imbalance throughout the body. By assessing these factors, we will be able to target specific organs and organ systems in the body that need to be BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE! Supporting your health (and hormones) from the ground up is not an overnight process. But it’s a process worth investing in and I believe that with all of my buns. Let’s get into the nitty gritty of what this 3-month journey looks like!

I find Nutritional Therapy to be an effective and simple approach to healing and supporting the body’s systems! It may take time, but it’s so worth the effort and time it takes to do it right. Band-Aids can only do so much before you need to address the underlying issue. I was surprised to find out my copper IUD was affecting sooo many systems in my body. I thought well it’s not hormonal, how bad could it be? But it turns out it can cause a lot of disorder in the body. Kelsie’s approach is kind, gentle, and understanding. She is great at working with you at your own pace to accomplish greater health. I felt supported every step of the way and prepared for as our time came to an end. Her passion for nutrition re-ignited my own and I will be pursuing a certificate with the NTA myself! Cannot recommend this gal enough! Ya’ll better run to that waitlist!

You took my concerns/symptoms and translated them into specific changes that would help me long-term while also providing me with resources where I could learn WHY these things were happening. I have already told so many people in my life how beneficial this experience has been for me and my health! I would recommend to anyone struggling with symptoms big or small to be open minded and to soak up the valuable information that is provided through an experience like this
